Castlerea Community & Family Resource Centre is delighted to bring a Baby Reflexology Programme to local parents and babies.
This four-week programme is designed for parents and babies aged 0–9 months and will introduce simple reflexology techniques that can be used at home to help support your baby’s wellbeing.
Participants will learn practical techniques that may help:
👶 Improve sleep
👶 Aid digestion
👶 Ease discomfort from teething and digestive issues
👶 Promote relaxation and calmness
👶 Strengthen the bond between parent and baby
The programme provides a relaxed and supportive environment where parents can learn new skills while spending quality time with their little ones.
