Located just 20 feet from the owner’s home, our purpose-built kennel and cattery ensure pets are never out of sight and always cared for in a safe, secure and homely environment. As a home-based business, we invite owners (by appointment) to visit, meet us, and see how we operate — helping ease any worries before booking a stay or groom.

Boarding Kennels – A Home Away from Home

Our kennels are purpose-built, quiet, secure spaces – not noisy, rattling cages. We focus on creating a calm, loving environment where dogs receive:

Purradice Cattery – Safe, cosy & comfortable

At Purradice, each cat enjoys:

• Daily supervised “play time” outside their enclosure

• Regular checks to ensure comfort and wellbeing

• Cuddles and quiet time (we love those too!)
  We understand cats feel safer in contained spaces, so their rooms are designed for comfort and security. New cat rooms are available for up to two cats sharing from the same home.

Professional Grooming – Full-care pampering

Our grooming service is ideal for all dogs, from nervous puppies to older pets needing extra care. Every grooming session includes a 5-Point Health Check where we check for skin issues, ear/eye problems, parasites, and any lumps or bumps that may need veterinary attention.

Grooming services include:
Shampoo & conditioning with high-quality dog-friendly products
Brush-out & de-tangle
Nail clipping, filing & grinding
Ear cleaning/plucking (on request)
External anal gland expression (on request)
Eye trim & tidy
De-shedding (where needed)
Full restyle to breed standard or owner preference

As partners with Christies Direct, we have access to the best grooming equipment and advice, ensuring every pet leaves clean, comfortable, and looking their best.

You’ll also receive guidance on coat maintenance and health – and if we spot anything concerning, we will advise a vet visit.
