On Wild Child day, keen explorers will be lead on a bug hunt by nature specialist Martina Butler. Bug pots will be used to study “creepy crawlies”, flying and water based creatures.
Meet at the Fairy House, Fairy Village, The Demesne, Castlerea and go on a mini-beast expedition with an expert ‘spotter’! See tiny creatures up close and personal in a magnified bug pot.This event is suitable for children aged 6 upwards and will be lead by a nature expert. However, parents are asked not to leave the premises. This is an outdoor event – please wear suitable clothing and footwear.
